Hi,
I am having this issue of getting +tlrc output files even tough I am not using tlrc option in my proc.py. here is what my script looks like
---------------------------------------------------------------
afni_proc.py -subj_id $subj \
-script cmd.same.$subj -scr_overwrite -out_dir $subj/AJAYsame.$subj \
-blocks volreg scale \
-dsets \
$loc/$subj/${subj}.same.corr.deobl.nii \
-volreg_align_to last
-------------------------------------------------
and output I get has +tlrc added on the file names. Can someone explain why AFNI is doing it?

Input files are all in the original space (no transformation has ben applid to them).
