Hello,
Im trying to convert the dicom files into the brik files using dimon command as follows:

Dimon -infile_prefix 212 -dicom_org -sort_by_acq_time -GERT_Reco -quit

I am getting an error message of:

Dimon running, use <ctrl-c> to quit...

-- scanning for first volume
-- checking 200 potential DICOM files... 00%++ will sort by acqusition time
100%
++ found 200 DICOM files
-- dicom sort : 2 inversions, 0 non-DICOM files, sort type 0x0
(dicom_org was useful)

Error: missing slice(s) in first volume!
attempting to re-start at file: 21255416.dcm

I'm getting this error even though file 21255416 is there. Does anyone have any ideas of how to get around this?
Thank you!
