That option was not intended to fix anything, just to let you see what
Dimon thinks is the correct order of the files, in case you can spot
what the problem might be.

But 200 files sounds a bit odd to me. Is that a single volume? Is that a
time course of 200 TRs, with each file containing an entire volume?

Are you sure there should be 200 files for this dataset?
