I downloaded your matlab codes to run 4-way ANOVA (i.e., 3 groups x 2 task conditions x 2 load conditions x subjects) and it ran successfully without any error. However, the results look very weird (activations are far outside of the brain). I talked to my colleague about this problem and was told that "GroupAna" script caused such problems and I should use 3dttest to run specific contrasts.

Is there a way to fix the results of 4-way ANOVA or should I run 3dttest?
