Good afternoon,

I am new to the world of imaging and have a question regarding the use of the Anatomy Toolbox referenced atlas.
When running WHEREAMI I can see the results for a given ROI (i.e LB amygdala). When selecting a probabilistic atlas to create an ROI mask, can you threshold the ROI mask by a given percentage within this step/AFNI? Is there a subsequent step I could perform prior to analysis?
