Thank you again for your time Rick, I believe this is thresholding according to functional activation or voxel intensities for the anatomy, and not the actual percent probabilities for a particular area. So if loading an Anat Toolbox based ROI, using whereami you can see the probabilities/precent chance of that area belonging to a structure. If I'm not mistaken in my thinking, then this is what I would like to threshold (min/max) so that only those voxels/areas that are >50% for example, are included when making the mask.
