Hi Colm,

I can't tell what the problem might be from the information in your posting. How about you upload the SUMA directory, the MNI152_T1_1mm brain, and the 3mm version aligned to it. I'll figure out the problem and post the solution then.
I'll send you the upload link via PM.

To attach pictures you can use the 'attach a file' link above the text area. Do you not have such a link?
