Hi Priyank,

Using OpenMP seems cleaner by removing the hassle of doing
one's own CPU distribution across subjects.

Note that most of the particularly time consuming programs have
been updated for OpenMP. Note also that 3dDeconvolve has NOT
been updated, since it has the -jobs option to fork its own child
processes.

Properly splitting your subjects with one CPU each is likely to be
slightly more efficient, but does not seem worth the trouble.
