Creating functional ROI based on voxel size

I used the -savemask option in 3dclust to write a dataset that is an ordered mask with '1' being the largest '2' being the next largest and so on. I am trying to use 3dmaskdump and 3dundump to try to create a mask with just the largest ROI mask that is created in the -savemask function.
