Hi Rengin,

Yes, please try using afni_proc.py for the single subject analysis
(follow example #6 from the -help output).

Note how it evaluates and censors motion. Note also the option
to censor outliers, which in my opinion are better at capturing TRs
with motion.

Here is a sample afni_proc.py command: s02.ap.align
and the resulting processing script: s12.proc.FT.align
