Attached is an example image of 3dSkullStrip that has excess layers of skull included. I've repeatedly seen this kind in my dataset. My questions are: 1) Is this somewhat typical and negligible, or something that should be fixed before transforming to the standard space (a la auto_tlrc)? 2) Which 3dSkullStrip option(s) should I try to get rid of these left-overs?
