McRetroTS uses the default that is used in RetroTS.m, alt+z, alternating slice timing information. McRetroTS, as the compiled version, only allows for a few of the options allowed by RetroTS.m in Matlab. In Matlab, RetroTS.m allows for other slice timing sequences by setting the Opt.SliceOffset array with the values in seconds for each slice. If you need alternative slice timing, please let me know.
