 3dGC.R error

Hi,
I,m a mater student in Cognitive Science Institute in Taiwan National Cheng Kung Universaty. Now I,m trying to install R and run 3dGC.R.
I follow the website guide and trying to install some packge:
install.packages("vars",dependencies=TRUE)
install.packages("gsl",dependencies=TRUE)
install.packages("car",dependencies=TRUE)

But I get this error:
structure(.External("dotTclObjv", objv, PACKAGE = "tcltk"), class = "tclObj") :
[tcl] invalid command name "toplevel".

Seems like I fail to install those three packages, but I don't know how to solve this problem.
I need help, Thanks!!!!
