 about '-contr' in 3dANOVA

Hi all,

There are three stimuli (S1, S2, S3) in my experiment. I try to find the deference between S1 and S2-3 using 3dANOVA. I write the order in this way:

3dANOVA \
-levels 3 \
-dset 1 participant_1_S1+tlrc \
-dset 1 Participant_2_S1+tlrc \
-dset 2 participant_1_S2+tlrc \
-dset 2 Participant_2_S2+tlrc \
-dset 3 participant_1_S3+tlrc \
-dset 3 Participant_2_S3+tlrc \
-ftr ftest \
-diff 1 2 S1vsS2 \
-diff 1 3 S1vsS3 \
-contr 1 -1 -1
-bucket contrast

What is difference if I replace '-contr 1 -1 -1' with '-contr 2 -1 -1'?
How to do the FDR for the result of '-contr'?

Best,
Pengmin
