Hi Rick,

Thank you very much!! For the '-contr', it make sense.

For the FDR, yes, the 3dANOVA output FDR curves, but I don't know where and how to get the P-value corrected by FDR. For example, I see the q= .9992, and p=0.0498 in the afni GUI when that t-stat sub-brick is chosen for the threshold, is this p-value(0.0498) FDR corrected?

Another question, in our experiment, participant recieved all the stimuli, so I should use repeated measurement ANOVA to processing the data. Is the 3dANOVA appropriate?
