Almost certainly this means that you didn't get all your output datasets -- the edt_substbrick.c code is called when a program is assembling a dataset for output. It looks to me like you didn't get the -fitts output (which is written after the -sresp outputs).

Look at the size of memory you are using:
bytes=3,699,807,301 or about 3.5 Gbytes.
You have used up your memory.

You could try using program 3dDeconvolve_f instead of 3dDeconvolve, which should save some memory.
