 Dimon question
Author: Mike Beauchamp (---.nimh.nih.gov)

Hi RickR,

Hope things are going well! I am trying to get real-time working
on our scanner, and am starting with just Dimon + afni –rt

If I use the Dimon example from the help:

Dimon -infile_pattern 's*/i*' \
-rt -nt 120 \
-host some.remote.computer \
-rt_cmd "PREFIX 2005_0513_run3" \
-num_slices 32 \
-sleep_frac 1.1 \
-quit

(running in a directory where all of the slices have already been
collected and saved) I end up with an AFNI BRIK that has only one slice.
What seems to be happening is that Dimon reads the header of the DICOM
file (which says that each slice file is 80 x 80 x 1) and passes this to
AFNI, which makes a BRIK that has these same dimensions. (even though I
tell Dimon that there are 32 slices in each volume with the num_slices
parameter).

Is there something that I am missing?

Thanks!!
Mike
