Hi,
I am having some trouble figuring out how I could look at the response time course in a particular ROI over different experimental condition. Specifically, I want to see how activity in a particular area (in this case, the hippocampus) changes from the beginning of a task to the end of the task. In addition, I was to see how this difference from the beginning to the end of the task is different across different types of tasks.
I would like to look at the response time course as an average of all participants in +tlrc space.
Where I am at now is that I have run a 3dDeconvolve using the TENT function.
Help would be very very appreciated!
