Hi Alena,

It is part of AM regression, either in this document:

or in the Advanced FMRI class (though dmBLOCK is not
specifically mentioned there).

Note that dmBLOCK(0) is the basis function you would
want to use, though it is not mentioned explicitly in
either handout (just the zero-parmeter dmBLOCK).
