Glad you were able to align most of your data. For the remaining dataset, you might consider removing the "-partial_axial" option. It's not really useful in combination with the "-giant_move" option because they both address center of mass shifts before alignment. If you still have problems, you can upload the anatomical and EPI datasets using the Upload data link on the left.
