You can use the -iresp flag in 3dDeconvolve to output the reconstructed timecourse at the resolution of the TR, estimated by integrating over the Tents. Then you can surf around the whole brain and look at the timecourses. To see multiple conditions at the same time, use
Graph -> Opt -> Tran 1D -> Dataset #N

and you can pick a bunch of timecourses and give them different colors.

I can't imagine doing fMRI without this functionality. Seeing someone else doing this is what got me to switch to AFNI way back when.
