 modelling incorrect trials
Author: Jatin (---.client.mchsi.com)

hi,

for one of my studies, i want to look at activity in the brain during correct and incorrect trials. incorrect trials are relatively less common and vary from subject to subject. i know that in my stim_times file i can designate a run that has no such events with an asterisk. however, some subjects have no incorrect events for any of the four runs. can 3dDeconvolve handle this or should i run a seperate set of analyses for these subjects?

thanks for your help.
