The _at is no longer the default suffix. If you like it, you'll need to use -suffix _at . The default behavior is now -suffix None

Are you sure of that? You will not see a separate dataset in AFNI, but the 'Talairach View' button (third from top right of AFNI controller) should become active. Clicking on it would show you the TLRC view.
