Hi,

Also, 3dDeconvolve does not like it when there are no runs with more than 1 event. In that case you need to include an asterisk after one number in a run. Otherwise 3dDeconvolve may default to "Global" times rather than "Local." You only need to do this for one of the runs, i.e., four runs like this:

32.75 *
*
48.4

or with no events

* *
*
*
*

Like Ziad said, you'll need to include a -GOFORIT flag of some sort if there are no events.
