You type 'afni' in your terminal and you get 'command not found'. ie.
[aclark@elrond ~]$ afni
afni: Command not found.
afni is probably not in your path. go to howto #0 and read about how to configure your environment to run AFNI (including how to set the path)
This Error Reference applies to: Any version.
