AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

https://discuss.afni.nimh.nih.gov

Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.

The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.

Sincerely, AFNI HQ

Bob,

Thanks for your response to my question about using 1D files with waver, but I am now having probelms with your suggested solution.

I am using the following command to generate a reference function from a 1D file that contains mulriple columns of stimulation times:

waver -GAM -peak 1.0 -dt 1.0 -tstim `1dcat ../PVT_Times/'01_pvt_n.1D[0]'` > ../01_n/PVT/01_pvt_n_Hit_RF.1D

However, only the first entry in the specified column is being used by waver. Oddly, when I use a 1D file with only 1 column and 'cat' instead of '1dcat' it works fine. Am I doing something wrong with my 1dcat?

Thanks.
