AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

https://discuss.afni.nimh.nih.gov

Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.

The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.

Sincerely, AFNI HQ

Hi

Has anyone enountered the following error when using to3d to generate 3d+time files?

DICOM ERROR: oversize length=989867264 in
element (0000, 2800) [there are too many of these errors to reproduce]
Fatal Signal 2 (SIGINT) received
mri_read
mri_read_file
T3D_read_images
to3d:main

The command line that I use is:

to3d -ncolor 10 -nosave -2swap -xFOV 120S-I -yFOV 120A-P -zSLAB 61L-67R -anatparent elvis.anat -session ./ -prefix 1elvis3d -epan -time:tz 294 17 2000 alt+z exp1/exp1\*

This error occurs on new and previously reconstructed data on two different linux machines (Caldera & RH). I've also updated to the latest AFNI version.

Thanks
dominic
