AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

https://discuss.afni.nimh.nih.gov

Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.

The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.

Sincerely, AFNI HQ

Hi. I'm trying to compile AFNI on an xserve running Yellow Dog Linux. OpenMotif is on the system and I am trying to use gcc 3.2 to compile everything.
I am using the Makefile.linuxPPC with "CPU = 7400" and the only other difference from the standard is the INSTALLDIR option.
I'm getting the following error:

mri_read.c: In function `mri_read_siemens':
mri_read.c:2745: unrecognizable insn:
(insn 3118 554 3119 (set (reg:SI 9 r9)
(and:SI (neg:SI (leu:SI (reg:SI 0 r0 [329])
(const_int 13 [0xd])))
(reg/v:SI 31 r31 [123]))) -1 (nil)
(nil))
mri_read.c:2745: Internal compiler error in extract_insn, at recog.c:2148
make: *** [mri_read.o] Error 1

Has anyone else had this problem?
