Dear AFNI experts,

I have anat to template transformation matrix and also warp generated by "3dAllineate" and "3dQwarp" respectfully. And then I have an epi to anat transformation matrix which is generated by flirt. Is it possible to combine the three transformations and apply to an epi to normalize (register) it to the standard template space?
