AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

https://discuss.afni.nimh.nih.gov

Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.

The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.

Sincerely, AFNI HQ

Jorn Dietrichsen has provided the AFNI community with his cerebellar atlases. Based on the segmentation of 20 young adult subjects, these templates and atlases are available in the SUIT template space (labeled MNI_SUIT in AFNI) and in a standard MNI-152 space. To use, please download to a new directory and untar (tar -xzvf AFNI_SUITCerebellum.tgz)

http://afni.nimh.nih.gov/pub/dist/atlases/SUIT_Cerebellum//SUIT_2.6_1/AFNI_SUITCerebellum.tgz

and then add this directory to be searched in AFNI's atlas functions with this:

@AfniEnv -set AFNI_SUPP_ATLAS_DIR directoryname

If you find the atlases and templates useful, please cite using the references included in "whereami -show_atlases"

For more information on these atlases and templates, please see Jorn's site:
