Hi Gang,
Thanks for your help.
After I have included the two GLTs that you have recommended, then I used 3dcalc for conjunction analysis a described here on one of your webpages: [
afni.nimh.nih.gov]
I then have a 3d volume with values 0, 1, 2, and 3. The 3s are what I am interested in, of course, as a 3 represents voxels in which both statistical tests reached the significance value defined using 3dcalc.
I have a question about this volume:
How do I statistically assess using multiple comparisons the conjunction volume?
For example, if to compute A > B > C tests I used the conjunction of A > B, and B > C, and both of these with 3dcalc were reduced to those values that reached a statistical threshold of 0.05 (whatever statistic corresponded to that value in the map), then can I use 3dClustSim with a cluster-forming threshold of 0.05 and then standard 3dClustSim usage, but for only voxels that reached a value of 3?
As always, any insight is appreciated!
Matthew
