Hi, Gang.
Thanks for the prompt reply. I have a couple of follow-up questions.
Using sub-bricks 4 and 5 as an example:
-- At sub-brick #4 'emot-shape' datum type is short: -11961 to 32767 [internal]
[* 0.000223776] -2.67659 to 7.33248 [scaled]
-- At sub-brick #5 'emot-shape Z' datum type is short: -13331 to 32767 [internal]
[* 0.00084621] -11.2808 to 27.7278 [scaled]
statcode = fizt
You note that "Unlike F-statistics, each
t-statistic is paired with the corresponding
effect estimate."
My questions are:
1) Does sub-brick 5 contain z-statistics or t-statistics?
2) Can you elaborate what you mean by "effect estimate" here? Is this basically just the difference between the estimated means for the two conditions that are being contrasted (or the estimated mean difference between pairs for w/in subject tests)?
Thanks,
Ruskin
