AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

https://discuss.afni.nimh.nih.gov

Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.

The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.

Sincerely, AFNI HQ

Thanks Rick, adding -regress_anaticor did work to get the WM regression going, however now I am running into another problem. When I use either -regress_anaticor or -regress_anaticor_fast the script exits before completion with this error:

3dTcat -prefix all_runs.IRK9294_63047215 pb00.IRK9294_63047215.r01.tcat+orig.HEAD
++ 3dTcat: AFNI version=AFNI_16.0.00 (Jan 1 2016) [64-bit]
3dTcat -prefix rm.all_runs.volreg
++ 3dTcat: AFNI version=AFNI_16.0.00 (Jan 1 2016) [64-bit]
** FATAL ERROR: No input datasets?
** Program compile date = Jan 1 2016

Here is the portion of the output script that this is coming from:

# create an all_runs dataset to match the fitts, errts, etc.
3dTcat -prefix all_runs.$subj pb00.$subj.r*.tcat+orig.HEAD

# --------------------------------------------------
# generate fast ANATICOR result: errts.$subj.fanaticor+orig

# --------------------------------------------------
# fast ANATICOR: generate local WMe time series averages
# create catenated volreg dataset
3dTcat -prefix rm.all_runs.volreg

I can't seem to figure out what input datasets it is missing and how to fix that.
Thanks again!
