AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

https://discuss.afni.nimh.nih.gov

Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.

The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.

Sincerely, AFNI HQ

Hi Kate,

It might be more clear knowing your current
afni_proc.py command. But it looks like you
are removing both the average white matter
signal and the local white matter signal, and
that might be what is bothering you.

It is probably based on the help example, which
I *thought* I had updated, but it seems not,
sorry. The example was written that way both
as a demo of what one could do and because that
is what someone had done for their paper. But
it makes more sense to not do both local and
global WMe regression. So you might remove
'-regress_ROI FSWe'. I will do that now, too.

What that your concern?
