AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

https://discuss.afni.nimh.nih.gov

Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.

The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.

Sincerely, AFNI HQ

Hello AFNI world,

I ran ANATICOR on my data and it worked beautifully on most subjects. But for three of them, there was a 'no voxels survive threshold' error. I got around this by using the '-no ventricles' option. I was hoping though to play around with the radius parameter to see if I could tweak that in order to still get some reliable signal from the ventricles for these subjects. However, whenever I include this into the input command, I get an 'Parameter(s) -radius 45 not understood'. This is probably something basic and stupid, but I can't figure it out. Here is the code I am using:

/usr/local/afni/@ANATICOR \
-ts run_allruns_restinglores_long.nii \
-polort 2 \
-motion allruns_motion_restinglores.1D \
-aseg freesurfer/mri/aseg.nii \
-prefix anaticor_allruns_restinglores
-radius 45

Any help would be much appreciated, thanks! Also, if anyone has any other solutions other than using '-no ventricles' (or at least information that would support/deny this tactic) then I would be happy to hear!
