Hi AFNI expert,

After reading through timing_tool.py I am still stuck with making condition.1D file for PPI analysis.

This is the stimulus_timing.txt file (each row is a run)

I don't know how the stim_dur should be specified in the following command..
timing_tool.py -timing stimulus_timing.txt -timing_to_1D Sfile.1D -tr 0.5 -per_run_file -run_len 464 -show_timing
