AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

https://discuss.afni.nimh.nih.gov

Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.

The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.

Sincerely, AFNI HQ

Hi all

I have a stats cum 3dMVM question. So I have the following dataset:

Set A of ten subjects did Task 1 on day 1 - pre-task resting state and post task resting state
Set B of ten subjects did Task 2 on day 1 - pre-task resting state and post task resting state
Set A of ten subjects did Task 2 on day 2 - pre-task resting state and post task resting state
Set B of ten subjects did Task 1 on day 2 - pre-task resting state and post task resting state

So all twenty subjects have performed both pre and post resting state scans but across two days.

I would like to run a huge ANOVA with Task, timing (pre versus post) and day as factors. However, I am confused how I would be able to implement this with 3dMVM and choosing my within and between subjects factors.

Does anyone have any advice?

Thank you

Sobana
