I was wondering how I can fix the problem on the mask. I hope to know what kind of masks I should use for the data analysis, such as 3dttest++ and ANOVA3. Any rules and how to select, to make personal masks? I am naive on this. I simply used one from the website in the past.

Today, when I do the ANOVA3, although I met a warning (*+ WARNING: ANOVA datasets and mask don't have same number of voxels!), it still went along hence I obtained the final -bucket output.

However, when I do the 3dttest++ to double confirm my results, I met a problem. "** FATAL ERROR: -mask doesn't match datasets number of voxels". In fact I used the same mask.

Any suggestion will be much appreciated.
