Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

Hi

I have been trying to preprocess some subjects using the standard proc.py generated script. However, I keep getting an error saying the MNI template cannot be found. I tried to rerun it after copying the MNI file into the root folder as well as the subject folder and every other place I could think off - I still get this error. I finally bypassed it by adding a line to the script to copy the MNI tempate over just before the place I was getting the error - but I am confused regarding why I was getting this error. Should the MNI template not be accessible at a standard AFNI location? I wonder if anyone else has had this problem or can advise about it?
