AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

https://discuss.afni.nimh.nih.gov

Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.

The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.

Sincerely, AFNI HQ

Dear AFNI users,

I get a 3dDeconvolve WARNING message when I used the '-ortvec bandpass_rall.1D bandpass' option:

*+ WARNING: !! in Signal+Baseline matrix:
 * Largest singular value=2.66744
 * 3 singular values are less than cutoff=2.66744e-07
 * Implies strong collinearity in the matrix columns!
*+ WARNING: !! in Baseline-only matrix:
 * Largest singular value=2.66744
 * 3 singular values are less than cutoff=2.66744e-07
 * Implies strong collinearity in the matrix columns!

Note that the 3dDeconvolve command is running well without the bandpass filter option. I don't understand what the problem is.
Do you think I could use the -GOFORIT option run it until the end?

Many thanks for any answer.
