AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

https://discuss.afni.nimh.nih.gov

Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.

The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.

Sincerely, AFNI HQ

To visualize the time course:
1. You can create an ROI in AFNI
2. Extract the time series (3dmaskave) from your full preprocessed data (usually the all_runs)
3. Plot the time series compared to your design (1dplot)

You can also set the underlay to your functional dataset, click on an active voxel, and bring up the graph viewer, and under one of the dropdown menus you can plot the ideal for a condition on top of the graph of the voxel activity. Let me know if you have followup questions!

Some tidbits of this in one of Andy's YouTube videos.
