Hello Experts,
I'm trying to run a 3dMVM with 3 main variables of interest and several covariates. All are between-subjects variables, there are no within-subjects variables. The files are read in correctly, but the program fails the model test. Below is my script. I've tried running the script requesting the full facortial model, but the program runs out of memory. I'm really interested in the main effects of Eta0alc, Eta1alc, and Qalc while accounting for the rest of the variables. I'd appreciate any assistance in figuring out why my model fails the test voxel. Thank you!!
