Hi Gang,

I re-coded the six factors as you suggested (i.e., -1 and 1 rather than 0 and 1), but I got the same error that the model does not pass the test voxel. Is there a command I could add to my script that would save the log to a text file? Perhaps that would have additional information that would be helpful? Currently, I cannot scroll up far enough in my terminal window to copy all of the contingency tables that are printed.

Any other suggestions you have for running this analysis would be very helpful! Thank you!
