Thank you for your answer!

1) It was 100% linked to the resolution, now it is more about 20min/run...

2) 2.800003 2.799999 2.799998 80 80 42 280 Rest_BOLD.nii.gz

2) It is 24 for me

3) mALFF should be a voxelwise value... so I don't understand this statement:
"Also, to calculate mALFF, the result is strongly dependent on the mask used. Is there a way with afni_proc to add this mask in -regress_RSFC?"

If I understand correctly, mALLF is the ALFF (calculated voxelwise) divided by the average fluctuation of the brain. If you use a brain mask, it should scale differently the results, right?

4) thank you! I was not aware of that! I will try that.

4b) It seems that bandpass improve the results in monkey and since I want to compare my results to them I think I should do it. I know that there is a lot of debates around that in humans. If you have a good paper to suggest around that matter, I will be really interested in reading it. > Just find the papers in the discussion on 3dAmpToRSFC =)

5, 6, 7, 8) thank you for this advice! I will change that!
