AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

https://discuss.afni.nimh.nih.gov

Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.

The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.

Sincerely, AFNI HQ

Hello,

Just a follow up on this thread,

I'm using 3dLMEr Version 0.1.0 (April 11, 2021) and there is now the -resid option but I keep getting this error when I use it :

Package snow loaded successfully!

Error in Stat[, , kk, 1] <- parApply(cl, inData[, , kk, ], c(1, 2), runLME, :
number of items to replace is not a multiple of replacement length
Execution halted

The model work well when I don't use it though. (I am running on CentOS 7.9, with AFNI_21.1.08 'Domitian' using R version 3.6.0).

Any idea what can cause this ?

Thanks in advance,

David Munoz
