Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Hi Daniel,

Thank you for dealing with all of my questions across streams :)

Just wanted to confirm I have understood what you are saying in your reply:

For real data, to probe volreg success, enorm and similar values (like FD) are ok to use (in conjunction with visualisation) - ??

However, when using affine methods, such as when doing alignment with 3dAllineate, using these enorm/ FD values does not make sense - ??
