AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

https://discuss.afni.nimh.nih.gov

Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.

The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.

Sincerely, AFNI HQ

Thank you so much!

Yes, the output of @SUMA_AlignToExperiment now has the same grid as the input T1, but the obliquity is different. My anatomical T1 input had obliquity. and the output doesn't have any (just like the SurfVol file).

Do you recommend deobliquing the data (T1) from the beginning (before doing @suma_make_spec_fs)? I have other functionally defined ROIs from the obliqued data (yeah, I didn't include deobliquing in my preprocessing step), so I would prefer to keep them in the same space, but if it is easier to keep everything in a space without the obliquity, maybe I can go with that.

Thanks a lot for your help! I love that I can just reattach the labels, too!
