Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Note SUMA_LoadNimlDset: err.niml.dset has no element and no group. 
Perhaps it is a .1D read in as a niml dset.
