You can attach statistical parameters to a subbrick volume with 3drefit -substatpar. These are the parameters from the help:

-substatpar n type v ...
Attach to sub-brick #n the statistical type and
the auxiliary parameters given by values 'v ...',
where 'type' is one of the following:
Stat Types: ~2~
type Description PARAMETERS

fico Cor SAMPLES FIT-PARAMETERS ORT-PARAMETERS
fitt Ttest DEGREES-of-FREEDOM
fift Ftest NUMERATOR and DENOMINATOR DEGREES-of-FREEDOM

fibt Beta A (numerator) and B (denominator)
fibn Binom NUMBER-of-TRIALS and PROBABILITY-per-TRIAL
figt Gamma SHAPE and SCALE

But you can also copy the statistical attributes like these from one dataset to another. This only works to copy all the attributes, not just a selection.
