AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

https://discuss.afni.nimh.nih.gov

Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.

The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.

Sincerely, AFNI HQ

Oh my. No, that is on me, sorry. Take out the option.

The initial discussion of the polorts and running time threw me off. I then pictured that it was the regression that was taking a long time, but that should not be the issue here, as projection is done with 3dTproject.

Getting back to the time it takes then, your command includes a non-linear warp of the time series (even just to apply the existing warp computed in @SSwarper previously). That it takes more than 2 hours is expected. Warping the time series might take that long on its own, depending on the computer resources.
